AlluGuard Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

As a thank you to AlluGuard customers, old and new, for their patience as we’ve worked hard behind the scenes to make improvements across our operations, we are running a prize draw for the month of August where one lucky individual could take away a £250 voucher for Screwfix.

Entry is completely free, and to keep things simple you will get one entry into the draw for every order you place in this period.

1. Eligibility: The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older and distributors of AlluGuard products. Employees and immediate family members of AlluGuard or SWS are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry requirements: To enter, participants must place a full order within the qualifying period. One entry will be granted for each order placed.
3. Prize details: The prize is 1 x £250 gift card to spend at Screwfix. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. AlluGuard retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
4. Important dates: The prize draw period will run from 4th August 2023 to 4th September 2023. The prize draw closes at 11.59 pm on 4th September 2023. The winner will be drawn at random by AlluGuard, on 5th September when the winner will be duly notified. If the winner does not claim the prize within 30 days of being notified, then they will forfeit the prize and a re-draw will take place. The name of the winner will be available after 5th September 2023 by emailing info@alluguard.co.uk.
5. Delivery: The winner will receive the gift card no later than 30 days after they claim the prize. This will be via email unless otherwise agreed.
6. Publicity: By entering the competition, participants agree to have their name and/or business name announced on AlluGuard’s social media channels if they win for marketing purposes.
7. Disclaimer: In the event of any dispute, AlluGuard’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. AlluGuard and/or SWS are not responsible for any technical issues or other problems that may arise during the qualifying period. This prize draw/competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or any other social media channels.
